<p>Agency and Pro plans include team seats so you can collaborate with colleagues or give clients access to your project data.</p>
<h2>Inviting a team member</h2>
<p>Go to Project Settings, open the <strong>Team</strong> tab, and enter your teammate’s email address. They will receive an invite email. Once accepted, they will have access to the project under your seat allocation.</p>
<h2>Seat allocation</h2>
<p>Each plan includes a base number of seats. You can purchase additional seats from your billing settings if you need to add more teammates. Seat counts are per account, not per project.</p>
<h2>Access levels</h2>
<p>All team members currently get full read and write access to the projects they are invited to. The account owner retains exclusive access to billing, plan management, and seat configuration.</p>
<h2>Removing a team member</h2>
<p>Open the Team tab in Project Settings and remove the member. Their access is revoked immediately. Any documents or tasks they created remain in the project.</p>
